DITP ดันส่งออกอาหาร “ฮาลาล–ออร์แกนิก” สู่ตลาดโลก ในงาน THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2025
จากแนวโน้มความต้องการอาหารฮาลาลและอาหารออร์แกนิกที่เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องในตลาดโลก กรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ (DITP) กระทรวงพาณิชย์ จึงเดินหน้าส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการไทยในกลุ่มสินค้าดังกล่าวอย่างเข้มข้น โดยมีการจัดแสดง Halal Showcase และ Organic Showcase ภายในงาน THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2025 งานแสดงสินค้าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มระดับนานาชาติที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในภูมิภาคเอเชีย ระหว่างวันที่ 27-31 พฤษภาคม 2568 ณ อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี
จุดเด่นของ Halal Showcase ในครั้งนี้คือการรวบรวมผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารฮาลาลคุณภาพ ที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานจากหน่วยงานทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ครอบคลุมทั้ง อาหารแปรรูป ขนมขบเคี้ยว เครื่องดื่ม และวัตถุดิบปรุงอาหารจากธรรมชาติ ที่สะท้อนถึงคุณภาพ รสชาติ และกระบวนการผลิตที่คำนึงถึงหลักศาสนาอิสลามอย่างเคร่งครัด
ขณะที่ Organic Showcase มุ่งนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารจากวัตถุดิบออร์แกนิกที่ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานจากหน่วยงานที่น่าเชื่อถือ ทำให้มั่นใจได้ถึงคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย ซึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ที่นำมาจัดแสดงนั้นมีความหลากหลาย ทั้งอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม และวัตถุดิบอาหารคุณภาพสูง
การจัด Halal Showcase และ Organic Showcase ในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของยุทธศาสตร์ของ DITP ในการสร้างโอกาสทางการค้าระหว่างประเทศ และเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้กับผู้ประกอบการไทย โดยใช้ประโยชน์จากเวทีงานแสดงสินค้าระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่น่าเชื่อถือให้กับสินค้าไทยในสายตาผู้นำเข้าและผู้ซื้อทั่วโลก

DITP Drives Global Expansion of Halal and Organic Food Exports at THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2025
In response to the growing global demand for halal and organic food the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) Ministry of Commerce is actively enhancing the capabilities of Thai entrepreneurs in these product categories. As part of these efforts the department is presenting the Halal Showcase and Organic Showcase at THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2025 — Asia’s largest international food and beverage trade show — taking place from 27 to 31 May 2025 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.
A key highlight of this year’s Halal Showcase is its curation of high-quality halal food products certified by both domestic and international bodies. The range includes processed foods snacks beverages and natural cooking ingredients — all reflecting exceptional quality authentic taste and production processes that strictly adhere to Islamic principles.
Meanwhile the Organic Showcase focuses on presenting food products made from certified Meanwhile the Organic Showcase highlights a variety of food products made from certified organic ingredients approved by reputable accreditation bodies. These certifications ensure both quality and safety. The featured products span a wide range — including food and beverage items as well as premium-quality cooking ingredients.
The Halal Showcase and Organic Showcase form part of DITP’s strategic efforts to promote international trade opportunities and strengthen the competitiveness of Thai entrepreneurs. By leveraging the platform of a leading international trade exhibition the initiative aims to stimulate economic growth while enhancing the credibility and global image of Thai products in the eyes of importers and buyers worldwide.
