Zhen Ding Tech ผนึก SPI สร้างโรงงานผลิตแผงวงจรพิมพ์ระดับโลกที่ไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางฐานการผลิตแห่งใหม่ในอาเซียน
นายวิชัย กุลสมภพ ประธานกรรมการบริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท สหพัฒนาอินเตอร์โฮลดิ้ง จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SPI เปิดเผยถึงการก่อสร้างโรงงานผลิตแผงวงจรพิมพ์ ที่เป็นการร่วมทุนระหว่างเครือสหพัฒน์ โดย บริษัท สหพัฒนาอินเตอร์โฮลดิ้ง จำกัด (มหาชน) และกลุ่มบริษัท Zhen Ding Tech ผู้ดำเนินธุรกิจออกแบบ ค้นคว้าวิจัย พัฒนา ผลิตและจำหน่ายแผงวงจรพิมพ์ (Printed Circuit Board PCB) รายใหญ่อันดับ 1 ของโลก ว่า หลังจาก “พิธีตักหน้าดินวางศิลาฤกษ์ ก่อตั้งโรงงานผลิตและจำหน่ายแผงวงจรพิมพ์” ที่จัดขึ้นไปเมื่อช่วงกลางเดือนธันวาคมที่ผ่านมา ก็ได้ลงมือเริ่มการก่อสร้างทันที โรงงานแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่กว่า 300 ไร่ ณ สวนอุตสาหกรรมเครือสหพัฒน์กบินทร์บุรี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี และคาดว่าโรงงานแห่งนี้จะเริ่มดำเนินการผลิตได้ตั้งแต่ปี 2568 เป็นต้นไป ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ คาดการณ์ว่าจะมีมูลค่าการลงทุนในเฟสแรกประมาณ 10000 ล้านบาท และมากกว่า 50000 ล้านบาทในปี 2573
PCB เป็นส่วนประกอบสำคัญในสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทุกชนิด จึงเป็นหนึ่งในอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายที่รัฐบาลให้การส่งเสริม และยังได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก BOI การร่วมทุนดังกล่าว จะมีส่วนช่วยผลักดันให้ประเทศไทยมีสัดส่วนการผลิต PCB ในตลาดโลกเพิ่มขึ้น เพื่อเป็นฐานการผลิต PCB ที่สำคัญในภูมิภาคอาเซียน สร้างโอกาสการจ้างงานที่มีคุณภาพ และเกิดการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตมายังประเทศไทย และจะเป็นแม่เหล็กสำคัญที่จะดึงดูดผู้ประกอบการรายใหญ่ในห่วงโซ่อุปทานให้เข้ามาลงทุนในประเทศไทยเพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคต อีกทั้งยังเป็นการปูรากฐานสู่อนาคตให้กับบริษัทในเครือสหพัฒน์ในการเข้าสู่เศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่ที่เน้นเทคโนโลยี ด้วยการสร้างงานที่พัฒนาทักษะด้านวิศวกรรมได้มากกว่าหนึ่งพันตำแหน่ง ซึ่งเป็นการยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันให้กับอุตสาหกรรมในประเทศอีกทางหนึ่งด้วย
Zhen Ding Tech Group in partnership with SPI to Build a World-Class Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Plant in Thailand
a new production hub in the ASEAN region
Mr. Vichai Kulsomphob Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited or SPI disclosed information about the construction of a production facility for printed circuit boards (PCBs). This venture is a collaboration between Saha Group through SPI and Zhen Ding Tech Group a leading global business engaged in design research development production and sales of PCBs. The construction of the facility commenced immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony held in mid-December 2023. The manufacturing facility is situated within the area under Saha Group Industrial Park in Kabin Buri Prachinburi Province encompassing an expansive land area of over 300 Rai (approximately 120 acres). It is anticipated that the factory will commence operations from the year 2025 onwards. The collaboration is projected to have an investment value of approximately 10000 million Baht in the first phase and over 50000 million Baht by the year 2030.
PCB is a crucial component in the production of various electronic products. It is a targeted industry for government promotion and has received support from the Board of Investment (BOI). The collaboration is anticipated to enhance Thailand’s standing in the global PCB market positioning Thailand as a key PCB production base in the ASEAN region. This will create high-quality job opportunities expedite the transfer of advanced technologies used in the production process to Thailand and attract major players within the supply chain to consider future investment in the country. Furthermore this is another advancement milestone for Saha Group and its affiliated companies during the transition into a new phase of the economy which is highly centered around technology. This initiative aims to cultivate engineering expertise generating over a thousand employment opportunities and elevating the competitiveness of the industry within the country.
